🔴 1. No Return Policy

Once a product is purchased from Molla Traders BD, we do not accept returns under any circumstances.

This applies to:

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong selection

  • Size, color, or model preference

  • Any condition after the product leaves our store

Since we sell home appliances and electronics, once the seal is broken or the product is used/installed, it cannot be returned.


🔵 2. Warranty Support (If Applicable)

If a product comes with official company warranty, then:

✔ Warranty will be provided directly by the original brand / manufacturer

Examples: Samsung, LG, Sharp, Sony, Panasonic, etc.
(Depending on what you sell)

✔ Warranty includes

  • Repair service

  • Technical support

  • Replacement of faulty parts (as per brand policy)

✔ Warranty does NOT include

  • Physical damage

  • Burnt / liquid damage

  • Power surge damage

  • Mishandling or improper installation

Molla Traders BD is not responsible for warranty decisions made by the manufacturer.


🟡 3. Defective/ Damaged Product on Delivery (Store Pickup or Courier)

We strictly inspect all appliances before delivery.
However, if you receive a product that is damaged during transportation:

You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item.

Please provide:

  • Video of the unboxing

  • Photo of the damage

  • Invoice/Order number

Without proper proof, we cannot process any complaint.

If verified, we will coordinate with the courier company or brand service center for a solution.


🟢 4. Conditions When Refund is Possible

Refunds are only allowed in very limited cases, such as:

  • If a product is completely unavailable (out of stock) after payment

  • If we cannot deliver to your location

  • If payment was made by mistake (and the order was not processed/shipped)

Refunds are issued through:

  • Bank transfer

  • Mobile banking (bKash/Nagad/Bank)

  • Same method used during payment

Refund processing time: 3–7 working days


🟣 5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel an order before it is dispatched.
Once dispatched or delivered, cancellation is not possible.
